I used to run my Rapid7 on nitrogen but it dropped the power quite a lot. With the same max fill pressure of 2700psi I was getting 28fpe on hpa and 24fpe on N2. I assumed at the time it was less dense therefore less power but not not so sure now.

Old style I think, although the valve parts visible in Eds video look the same as my 9wk old valve so I'm not sure what's changed.

I had the 1.0mm jets in for about 4 weeks. they worked fine, just dont overtighten them. I checked the bore with same size drill bit so accuracy is easy to check. Just use PETG or ABS or similar that is high toughness.

Here's the files to print Leshiy2 Plenum volume reducers if you want to experiment with lowering the plenum volume. The thin one slots into the larger one for maximum reduction. These need to be printed at 100% infill to stop the high pressure air permeating the print.

Heres the files for my interpretation/ version of the new Leshiy2 valve parts and dogbone if you want to experiment. The tolerances on these are really tight, I printed them with a 0.2mm nozzle at very low speed for accuracy.

Heres the files for printing different sized Leshiy2 jets. I have printed and used these with PETG and ABS.

The Mikuni main jets have 6mm threads. The Leshiy jets are 4mm so they won't fit. I already tried🙃 They can be 3d printed though if you have a printer.

Just printed the .20 three piece and the sizes are perfect, pellets drop through freely and the mag fits perfect as well, no slop at all. Thanks for posting the files Towle.

Thanks Towle, I'll give the .22 one a go today. I use Cura and it does seem to undersize holes by about 0.1 to 0.2mm despite everything else being calibrated spot on. I've been using the 'hole horizontal expansion' setting in Cura to adjust hole sizes. For single holes it works well but not...

Like a lot of others have reported, I was also suffering from the hot 1st shot problem but I sorted the slow settle time/ hot 1st shot of the std reg without resorting to a Huma reg. My std setup was giving 13.4 ftlb 1st shot then settling on 11.7 ftlb depending how long between shots. I...
