    Does anyone shoot 10M pistol?

Will, I don't know that I am that serious myself. You would probably get a better price on ebay, but I would be interested.

Members who live in Louisiana and experienced IDA

You need to remember that they/we go through hurricanes almost every year. Most of my relatives only reported a few branches down in their yards. There was a serious hurricane that went through Delcambre, Louisiana just after Katrina and no one in the media seemed to notice.

    Does anyone shoot 10M pistol?

I have tried different pellets at 10 meters with a sand bag rest and so far I get about the same spread from most brands (about 1"). I have not yet found a brand that is magic for my gun. I do have a problem with wadcutters tearing out large holes that are difficult to score, expecially when I...

10 meter Air Pistol Coach - Southwest US

I have been "seriously" shooting 10 M air pistol for a few weeks now and can't get my scores above 70s. I was hoping to find a coach who could give me help, but all of my searches in southern California have turned up only old threads, outdated information and closed clubs. Sureley there are a...

I have the exact same problem. There seems to be few opportunities or not much interst in SC, or at least out west.

    Cheap accurate air pistol?

I have an old 1377 (.177) and it shoots better than I can. There are shelves full of modification parts and accurizing choices. You can shoot it with anywhere from 2 to 10 pumps (I seldom use more than 3). The 1322 is the .22 version.

    Does anyone shoot 10M pistol?

I did get an Air Venturi V10 and so far I don't regret it. I am still working to get my groups down (and scores up). So far my average scores on the V10 are only slightly better than my 1377. Getting the trigger on the 1377 down past 4 lbs is hard. I am getting the V10 down to about 2 lbs so...

    Does anyone shoot 10M pistol?

I have been trying to improve the trigger. I put in a much lighter sear spring and honed the sear with a new angle and got the trigger weight from 6 lbs to 3 1/2 lbs. This seems to have improved my groups. To get any better I will try another gun.

    Does anyone shoot 10M pistol?

My 1 inch groups are from a sandbag rest, my freehand groups are mostly on the target, a few in the black. My only real complaint is the trigger (and perhaps the grip). Otherwise the 1377 is a fine gun. Hard to load; I have the old barrel bolt and rear cocking handle.

    Does anyone shoot 10M pistol?

I am trying to shoot 10M. Right now I only have an old Crosman 1377, but it shoots much better than I can (1 inch groups at 10 M). I am wondering if trying to accurize and maximize this inexpensive gun is worth while or if I should try for a slightly better gun (Air Venturi V10?).

    Older Crosman 1377

I pulled out my 37 year old Crosman 1377 and tested it with several brands of pellets at about 10M and was quite surprised. It consistently puts holes within a quarter's diameter (bench rest shooting) and even on a rest it shoots better than I can pull the trigger. This has the old barrel bolt...
