Yes, I did all of this, even replaced it with the delrin for a few days, there was a difference of 20 fps . Yesterday I checked my .22 tp in the barrel, it was 4.3mm, would that help if I increase it to say 4.8mm n a little elongated
That has been checked, and yes i did take the gun apart, all is aligned. the only thing i can think of is that probably my valve spring is longer or stiffer or something.
That I can do, I can also increase the regulated air volume, but my point is that why isn't my stock impact performing as every one else's Almost everyone crosses the 900 fps mark even at 120 bar pressure with the delrin mod. I cant even go above 870 at 150 bars reg
I have watched the video, and almost all impact videos, only one think was left in my mind that probably my chrono was faulty, check it too with 2 others
Done everything and still the max I got was 870 at 120 bar. I have check everything The valve stem runs smoothly, No leakage in the system The transfer port, probe etc are all in line. The delrin is not causing any hindrance in the movement. I cannot think of anything else
The pressure in the gun and regulator dosent drop over a period of time, and while firng i dont feel any air near the rear or any place other than the barrel
Thank you Riazp and 2manyAirgunz I'll try it once more and update, as far as the guages are concerned, the regulator guage shows 10 bar less , have checked it with the main gugae and the main guage is tested with the bauer guage on my compressor and the fill station guage. As the main guage...
I've done all of this , but cant go up, at 110 bar my velocity is around 840 fps. Keep in mind I have changed the hammer seat oring with a delrin which normally increases the fps alot but not mine
