Hey gang, new to forum. Have a crosman extended mag, and cannot get any more than 6 or 7 BB's loaded! Called crosman, said may be broke spring, sending another one. Any ideas? Have lubedd bb's ,mag, any suggestions welcome! Thanks

Hey gang ,new to forum. I also have high capacity mag got for grandson & can't get it to load more than 5 or six bbq's! Tried lubing bb, lubed mag, checked with crosman, said thought I had broke spring, sending one but don't think that's it! Any help? Open to all suggestions!
