They have published terms and conditions. Their terms state: It seems like you got a deal as the restocking fee is normally 25%. Sounds like better than advertised service to me, but maybe I've misunderstood your situation.- mugzgunz

Please recommend a good but inexpensive hand pump for a beginner
When I bought my (first) PCP last year I went with a hand pump too. I only have experience with the Benjamin HPP2KU I bought, and it works fine. For me the hand pump was the right choice because I don't shoot often and when I do I consider it good exercise. I can always upgrade to a...- mugzgunz
