Yes and yes. There's an elastic pull string and a quick release tab. Only issue is if you don't have it cinched and go prone. You're susceptible to the mag falling out.

Where's this marketing material coming from though? Second time this week there have been mistakes in new product announcements. The ELR's in .22 are 42.3 gr, not 35 gr.

Be careful of Amazon o-rings. Buy from somewhere reputable like oringsandmore. You could also try stepping up to a 90d. I had the same problem with Amazon crap, poor tolerances.
