Thanks for the replies. I have read people saying they thought this or that rifle should have a barrel band, most of which would attach to the bottle and it made no sense to me.

Coming from the benchrest/long range powder world, I see lots of air guns with barrel bands and such. Is this not a no no in regards to accuracy? Are air rifles not affected by harmonics like firearms? I've seen differences in groups just switching muzzle brakes.
