I use a Rob Lane regulator it does fit between the bottle and the chassis as well and added some length. But I'll tell you for the quality of the regulator it's worth it. I had to do quite a bit of shooting to find where the best pressure is. And I can find with a 200 bar fill it absolutely...

So I took my Air Ranger made a custom hammer spring and added a Rob Lane Regulator and it is now an incredible machine. Today I fired 200 shots still on the regulator. Incredibly accurate. and it will make a fine field target rifle. First match with it this weekend.

That's fantastic to know. I think I'm going to go with the Rob Lane regulator for 20 foot pounds. does anyone know if I still have to change the stroke of the gun ( as the first person to post had said. I've never done this before and didn't know it could be done) if I buy a regulator set up...

Not sure if this is can be done, but I really enjoy shooting my Air Ranger. I know it's an older gun but it fits me perfectly. It is currently 35fpe I would love to regulate it and turn it down to 20fpe for Field Target use. Is this possible? Thanks in advance for the help.
