    Any woodworkers? I need some help.

    Another trick to “burn” wood for effect is to heat sand, like a pile in a metal tub or such over a fire, get the sand red hot then cover wood/immerse wood in sand. Will add color of varying degrees to wood. Of course it goes with out saying be careful.
