    M6 3mm grub screw

Hint. Pick up a m6 nut or 2. Screw the M6 grub screw in, and then place it in a vise. Or any flat stock you could use, drill a hole and tap it to m6. Make a fixture to file it down. Don't hold the screw by the threads with anything, so you don't damage the threads.

    M6 3mm grub screw

Ok I see, so you already re-threaded to M6. Mcmaster has M5 2.5mm btw. You can always file the M6 down to proper length. I do it all the time on a belt grinder or turn them down on a lathe, not sure hows your tooling situation but if you need them to sit flush you can file them down with good file.

Good Scope for Beeman R9 springer

Hi All, So, I am planning to surprise my father with a new gun. He loves barrel break springers. Currently he shoots Slavia 631 (same one I was thought to shoot 30 years ago) with cheap scope (9.99 from Walmart no joke). So, I want to get him a Beeman R9 .117 and need a decent scope to...

Maily target shooting and backyard plinking. But some 30 years ago with my breakbarrel Slavia 630 springer I was responsible for Sunday dinner. From Pheasant, rabbit to partridge, whatever was hiding in the field and around the farm.

3D printed pellets? I guess so!

As a kid, not having a penny in my pocket, I would strike / press my own pellets for my .177 Slavia spring action. My father was a machinist, and I begged his boss and spent weekends cleaning the factory so my father could machine mold for me. Mold worked perfectly but it was more like a form...
