The katran x hp was brought to my attention... Seems to fit the bill. Good accuracy, very good power,tactical look... But many say that tou need a bigger caliber than .25 to reach 300 yards etc

Now that s exciting!! Do we have any more info??? I believe all vulcans 3 came with an unchocked barrel in 30 cal from the beginning. Only the .22 and .25 had chocked AP barrels.

Vulcan3 with an arken seems to be the ticket! If airforce made a rifle with a magazine i d be all over that!

Had some time last week to design and print some muzzle brakes to finish off the look of the gun. Didnt think they would affect the gun,but they did,i think in a positive way. Further testing must be done. Edit: anyone knows how to post thumbnails?😝

My research keeps taking me back to the vulcan3. I just dont know how am i gonna get one of the latest models with the unchoked cz barrel. Krale for example lists it with an ap barrel. Or maybe i should get the .30 and be done with it? .25 vs .30 for long range?

Gun must be new as there isnt enough used market in my country (greece) and plus i dont trust used things in general. As for the sidewinder,yeah the gun is too new. Very little reviews yet and in general very finicky with it s barrel to magazine "relationship" etc. I d like something more...

Silvershooter i m almost positive that all g30 say Gauntlet30. I havent seen one that says gauntlet2 and it s a 30. The main reason is that the g30 is the first of it s kind. There wasnt a g1 in 30 so no g2 in 30, just gauntlet30. Also the g30 is different than the g2. No external pressure...

John thank you very the info! I ll see if i can make the trigger any better. I think you are right on the bolt spring. It s the main reason the bolt is that hard. Apart from that,the action doesnt feel "wrong". Doesnt feel like it s catching somewhere or wobly. It s smooth but hard.

Yeah i agree with you on the chunky part. I cant imagine hauling it around with me for hunting. It needs to be benched. I wouldnt call the bolt clunky,it s just too heavy,mostly has to do with the spring. In all weirdness i like the rough style of the gauntlet,reminds me of my days in the army...
