Name a decent entry level airgun in the $250- $400 airgun price range. 25 to .30 caliber

Don't waste your money on the Hatsan Jet. Worst gun I own.

    Air Arms Alfa Proj

Pyramyd Air has parts too, I just haven't really tried too hard as I never shoot it anyway. I just pull out the Victor or my 1720 as they are all very close in accuracy IMHO.

    Air Arms Alfa Proj

I too have a Listone Victor but uses HPA and also an Alfa Proj. No much difference in them. I have had an issue with theAlfa Proj for several years. I can't get it to fill with air. I actually prefer the Listone better than the real one.

Odd but Possible Viable Lead Source?

I have been casting bullets for my airguns out of roofing lead for years. It is really soft and works great for cast airgun slugs. I also swage airgun slugs but haven't tried swaging slugs with the roof lead yet but I'm sure it's soft enough. I'm sure the would know for sure the hardness on the...

    Brocock/BRK Left hand BRK

I think most older lefties are more comfortable with a right handed action if they grew up shooting mostly right handed guns over many years. They feel more natural, at least they do to me. As long as nothing is sticking out in my face or hitting me LOL. Also if they have an ambi cheekpiece on...

    Brocock/BRK Left hand BRK

I think they all are ambi, at least the 6 I own are. I'm a lefty and every one I've tried fits me very well. I highly recommend them for leftys.

Good luck, I hope you do well with your auction. Many times over the years I regretted sell mine.

Diana How much could 1985 Diana 45 Deluxe Walnut in excellent?

I agree, I see them at gunshows and gun broker for $250 in nice shape like yours. It was my first real airgun I bought back in the 80s.

    Old Daisy oil

Any regular auto parts store should have it. I bought a quart at Auto Zone about 5 years ago for my old Daisy 7xx guns. I've barely made a dent in it.

N/A Big power from $1,000 and under guns?

I had an AEA Challenger Pro and it was very accurate and powerful and had a pretty decent trigger for an AEA gun. They are pretty good off a bench but pretty heavy to carry around all day. Most of the other AEA guns have ok triggers at best. If a good trigger is important to you I would look...

Snowpeak Need Recommendations for a PCP Airgun for Hunting."

I second the M60B. I have one in .25 and it's a very accurate gun. I would say close in accuracy to my Brococks, but not in build quality. The quality seems quite good for a Chinese gun however. I have both the small air cylinder and the larger steel bottle and like using the smaller cylinder...

    N/A Help identifying Rifle

I remember them at the local tool sales also. I bought a couple over the years, real pieces of junk. I think they were about 20 bucks. Your right guys. The stocks look like they were carved with a pocket knife. I remember you had to keep a lot of oil on them or they would rust over night. I...

Costly mistake in buying a pcp rifle

I bought two large selections of o-rings from McMaster Carr and haven't found any so far that aren't in these kits.

Costly mistake in buying a pcp rifle

That doesn't sound like The Pellet Shop I have delt with. They have always gone out of the way to help me even with the guns I bought elsewhere.

    Pressslug setup

What size die did you get. I ordered the .22cal. die which Air Force showed as 17.3 for the .22 and I got 16.1 which are too small. I like the Preslug setup but they don't offer the dies they advertise. They show 3 different .22 die sizes but only supply the smallest one.

Brococks, I now have 6. Mostly Bantams in different cal.

    Other Acceptable Co2 rifle?

Maybe try and find a used Umarex 850 in .22 or .177. I have an older one and for co2 they reach out pretty far. I see them for sale every now and then. You can either use an 88 gram co2 cartridge or the smaller ones with an adapter. Mine will take Starlings out to at least 30yrds but not sure...

    Other Why so expensive?

To me you usually but not always get what you pay for when it comes to airguns.I have been buying mostly used Brococks for some time now because you get what you pay for with them at a good price when you buy used. They are usually very accurate, well engineered, very well laid out for a lefty...
