I built these. I had four of them at my Granbury club. I had satellite dishes at the top as a backstop. I concrete the 4x4 post at the bottom. Then it just pivoted to lower it down to put the target on. Arlington used my idea and built some for their range. Works really well.

Don’t use Superlube yet. Let some others chime in. I am fairly certain it needs to be an HP food grade grease but it’s been a while since I studied all this. I think that link in the video is wrong.
