Can someone please steer me in the right direction? I have gone through 3 air pistols as I'm constantly adjusting the sights. They seem to move after shooting a few times. I could just scream! Isn't there a pistol that doesn't need so many adjustments? Help? 😭

My impression was the call volume with their customer service is high and they control it by blocking numbers. I could be wrong but that's how I perceived it. I'm not expecting them to honor the guarantee and I let them know it! I received a response from them and they denied blocking my number...

When I realized my airgun was defective, Umarex said they'd replace it. After that conversation, they blocked my number. Everytime I called, the call was terminated before it rang. Using a different phone, I called again and the order has not been processed/shipped after they received it Monday...

After many adjustments on the rear sight, the screw came out with the spring. Umarex said, since I purchased the air gun from Amazon it may have been defective as Amazon buys products not knowing they're defective. They also said my pistol has been discontinued and they're happy to replace it...

Well I decided to read on adjusting the rear sight. It was off by nearly 3". No wonder why I wasn't hitting anything. Blamed it on the trigger earlier. Now let's see if I can make contact with HOSP. I'm new to using air guns, bear with me.

Umarex Browning buck mark urx pistol. Pulling the trigger interferes with the aim. May have to invest in something better in the future but for now, I'll make the best of it.

Between the sparrow trap and the air gun, currently working on it. Gonna need an optic tho.

Yes, the females are bullies at the feeders but the males destroy bird eggs from nests. I have Robin's that have not been able to successfully raise young for 2 years because of HOSP and starlings. I love bird's too but not all brown ones at the feeders. Your wife has good taste. 👍

Thanks for letting me join. Do people dislike house sparrows as much as me? I just purchased an air gun, not really sure if I made contact but I'm seeing way less sparrows than using a sparrow trap.
