Little update on my repr and some range results. After grinding on the plastic seal in the repr valve I've managed to 100% elminate creep and es is around 4fps. So far still learning gun and which ammo/speeds it likes but heres a 200 yard test done on a rather calm day after a rain storm...

Got the rest of my parts in today and tuned it up. Homemade silencer needs larger ports to breath back into the rear chamber better but seems to be performing about as good as a behemoth reflex possibly? 450 mm barrel .5 and .6 jets around 125 bar on the reg pushing 20.2 nsa slugs at 910 fps...

So found a 2mm diamond ball bit for a dremel and loaded it up in a chuck and ran it across a fine cut file to remove any large chunk or anything thatd cause deep scratching and then very very lightly lapped the seal by hand and then some 5k grit compound and put 200 bar in and I cannot hear...

So far its still hissing and slowly losing air. It might be a tad better but its losing around 5bar an hour 18 hrs in. I'll probably run to the store and see if I can find a 2mm diamond rotary bit or some other spherical bit to help it out.

Thanks for the tip so as some have said its basically a "break in" procedure of sorts. I'll have to see how that works on this. Heres a pic I haven't shared yet but the new repr system can come out as a whole unit by just removing the retainer pin.
