    AirMaks Arms Current Krait setup

Mike, To me, Your Krait lite with that wood stock is the most appealing of them all. Jerry

N/A The low power pester part 2 with different desire

MadeintheUK, What era was your Krait? What issues did your Krait have? Reason I ask, is I am considering an Airmak's Katran 'Standard'... It's a ways off though, since I just bought a Uragan2 and think the next purchase is going to have to be a Huben GK1. Thanks, Jerry

N/A The low power pester part 2 with different desire

Fixed it for you... The Katran seems more analogous to the Pathfinder==> Not a bullpup, also a folder, but lighter in weight than the Pathfinder. Curious as to what was your unmentioned #3 that you eliminated was. Can you share what "this specific purpose compact pester"... what the...

N/A Are there local places to sell an airgun?

Maybe things have changed on craigslist, But... I was really into recurves and longbows, was continually looking for more pull weight as the kids aged. I would advertise to buy them and to sell them, finally gave up on craigslist, as the dingbats would turn my ads in - since I was selling or...

Kalibrgun Cricket 2 vs. Veteran 2

The 'original' Veteran's cocking lever is reversible. Jerry

Kalibrgun Cricket 2 vs. Veteran 2

The Vet 2 does NOT have anti double feed. The original Veteran does have anti double feed. The Cricket's I have no idea. The 'Original' Veteran's often come up in the members classifieds, and Talon Tunes still has some. If you were to go 'original' Veteran, I would opt for the 'Standard' vs the...

N/A What's your favorite compact PCP?

Is yours the RTI Performance "Compact"? Do you shoot pellets in yours? I thought they were barreled for slugs? Thanks, Jerry

Brocock/BRK My experience with first PCP

Is this the Sniper HR with the 17" barrel? Or the Sniper HR Magnum with the 23" barrel? Thanks, Jerry

Kalibrgun Cricket 2 vs. Veteran 2

Derrick, Not the OP, But why not the .22 or .25 for pellets? Barrel perhaps has no or little choke? Thanks, One Acre Farmer, I've got the original Taipan Veteran Compact and had the Long... so not exactly a direct comparison. For hunting that involves a lot of walking the Veteran Long was a...

Huben First impressions of Huben GK1 .25 Shorty

TiPascal, Do you have the chrono data for your Huben Standard GK1? I really like the Folding stock you have on the regular GK1. Jerry

    Other Advice on first pcp

With 35 yards max, either the P-rod or the Notos should be fine. The PRod I had, I felt was constructed better than the Notos. The Noto's I had needed aftermarket magazines at approx. $25 a pop - shipped (apparently a common problem is the factory magazines not functioning), . The Notos trigger...

Brocock/BRK My experience with first PCP

IThe JTS groups are good, but what Footloose said... As I just got some AEA 18.1 grainers and they shoot the best groups I've gotten (out of a different rifle). Jerry

Brocock/BRK My experience with first PCP

Really appreciate the longer distance groups... The JTS 18.x group is excellent, I'd be very happy. Better conditions the JBS 18's and the JTS 22.x's might even do well? Jerry

    N/A Where to begin

I've now got four rimfire suppressors, something I wished I'd got years earlier. Got into PCP's same reason as you are, not comfortable shooting a rimfire on parts of my property. Now it seems I prefer shooting PCP's over firearms. A Benjamin Marauder was my second gun, had some issues, but...

Brocock/BRK Ghost Carbine Three Groups at 40 yards…

L.Leon, Or anyone else that has a BRK Ghost... If you are holding the grip with your left hand with the rifle shouldered (left handed shooter here), can you push the safety off with your left thumb? Thanks, Jerry

Brocock/BRK Ghost Carbine Three Groups at 40 yards…

Looks like a nice small package. You haven't happened to chrony the JSB's/CPHP's at those settings yet have you? Jerry

    Taipan Well I found one.....

I can definitely see the advantage in different circumstances. Just this morning I had a ground squirrel in a tube trap (usually this trap kills them), went up to the shop and got a low powered pellet gun to dispatch it with... so that I wouldn't damage my trap.

    Other Moderators and Accuracy?

So the term "Air Stripper" is something that I have never heard of when it comes to rimfire or centerfire suppressors, and it is the basis for my question regarding moderators and airgun accuracy. As it does not matter whether it is a powder burner or an airgun... once the projectile has reached...
