MIke what does that mean? They have a built in moa angle betweenscope and barrel? Qconverginf them out there somewhere but many rifles just set scope mount and barrel parallel? Thanks alot

So, maybe immissin some basics here.. are scope pairs tilted, i.e. one is slightly taller than the other so should be rear mount? and/or are all scope mounts parallel to barrel and elevation is attainable with crosshair adjustment? Or no? thanks guys
