Fired my 22 caliber XS46U field target rifle l got from Mike at Flying Dragon. It shoots 16 grains at 580 fps. It’s right on 12 ft lb. I have a 22 and a .177 I’m going to use as loaners for the field target club.

Interesting. I over estimate the winds affect on the pellets. And I and have to judge the wind when I am shooting, because it is blowing differently all the time. As for wind flags. I set up some for practicing. But field target does not have any. Have to use grass and leaves.

Really well. After only three times out trying it my confidence level has improved 100 %. I’m not saying it’s easy or I’m good at it. And I’m not saying wind is not big deal. I’m saying I am much less intimidated. I have a lot to learn but it’s all about practicing. Saturday morning are my time.
