I'd recommend one of the Stoeger XM1 rifles. I have the Ranger, and it is insanely accurate out to 50 yards. You might consider the Scout or bullpup version for hunting. I'm near Schaumburg if you want to try it out. Are you the same Vanilla Gorilla that has classes at ASC? You can try it there...
