What is the mirror that fits over bottle gauges?

Virtually all of us started with burning powder right? We've seen others screw up a little or a lot and heard of massive horror stories of people forgetting the first two rules, consider every gun always loaded, don't point it at something you don't wish to kill or destroy. We've all seen a...

    Effect of Wind on Pellet

I would love to hear if a shooter has seen left wind close and right wind far and if he just holds dead on.

    Effect of Wind on Pellet

You are correct in terms of math but not in pellets. Navier-Stokes is a fluid dynamics equation that we know doesn't work. Yet we human beings use it successfully from aerodynamics of cars and wind tunnels, pressure calcs of every fluid and pipe on earth and even buoyancy, calculating tonnage...

    Effect of Wind on Pellet

It makes me think of learning English (spin) on the cue ball playing pool.

This IS on topic due to distance even though the title is not about ELR.

What is the mirror that fits over bottle gauges?

The English don't believe in firearms. I can only conclude this is why don't know anything about safe handling. They are so worried about the sun actually coming out for once, warming their bottles and going over 12 lbs they forgot that you shouldn't put gauges in front of the barrel. Anyway...

Not bad for first time! My 9yo shoots the lights out!

This name comes from my match stats in 3 gun. I always change something before a match, I can't help it, or forget something that is totally critical. Very often get my clock cleaned by someone who has a borrowed rifle and never seen a match before. I went to my first Airgun match and bombed...

    DNT optics is so legit.

I have their Thermnight Dual spectrum LR and their 7-35x 56. Here is proof. The 7-35 scope is SO good that I need to take it off and put open sights back periodically just to be certain my kid isn't learning bad habits in marksmanship.

Not bad for first time! My 9yo shoots the lights out!

DNT optics are pretty rad and Rio Salado is so great. This is my kid's first time shooting off the bench, first time shooting for speed, first time at silhouettes. Special thanks to Carl for keeping the Tuesday nights rocking at Rio the last couple weeks.

    Air tank possibly dangerous?

This is usually my first thought but ever since you had to go to scuba shops to fill I have had weak experiences. I've been refused by "pros", and paid for it, to rehydro a perfectly fine tank. Still charged me a $100 to look at it.

    Air tank possibly dangerous?

Ok, please forgive me I am not arguing at all, I really just think I am misreading or misunderstanding. Both for my safety and because I like my air gun stuff and take care of it well. I am certainly disappointed that I may have a bad tank or valve. Are you saying that I should unscrew the...

    Air tank possibly dangerous?

I am pretty certain. Uhm... I suppose that the gauge could have gone bad right there while I was handling it. I had better think on that for a minute before I do anything. Thanks for the good advice.
