Great customer service so far - i'm getting a new Mag from them and will return the faulty one and see how we fare... Wish me luck !

I'm sure i could get a Mag under warranty : I filled in the online warranty card within an hour of getting the gun thankfully. I'll see what the BRK Engineer says when he calls me today .

for clarity the cocking mechanism is fine ; i can't fathom why the magazine seems to not 'rotate' pellets after a few fire successfully sometimes

My Ghost .22 carbine simply refuses to cycle pellets properly ; rifle is 2 weeks old and i'm using brand new JSB Hades 15.89g. I have a call today with a BRK Engineer to see why the magazine appears to be at fault. I rotate the wheel, load the first to 'hold' the wheel, then load the others...
