JTS Airacuda Max leak from barrel entry

I sent a 3rd email. I told them I had already sent 2 requests, with no response. Therefore, I was going to pack it up, ship it back. Either fix it or keep it, because to me it is just a paper weight as it is. The next day I got a return email with RMA for return. Once I get it back, just...

Not sure. Haven't tried one. I have heard others recommend it though.

help very new to all this and im confused!

It might not last too long. I have a GX cs1-1. Just blew out my 1st one. It lasted almost 2 yrs. Yet I am constantly filling 3-4 different guns. Approximately 250.00. I think it is better than those "no-name" compressors. The review guy from Airgun detectives (can't remember his name)...

Definitely the Notos over the Jet. I have, real fun to shoot. Not much power but is fine for small rabbits and dove, and of course pest control.

help very new to all this and im confused!

Yes, it is a little at the lower pic rail. Doesn't bother me too much, I seldom use a bipod.

    All about that shot placement

Great shot! I have a flashpup .25. It packs quite a punch as well.

help very new to all this and im confused!

I have the MA2 in .30 cal. It does have a good punch to it (80fpe). There are many videos of guys taking hogs with .25, which on the average are around 40-50 fpe. The MA2 should be plenty. It is also very accurate. I have been hitting 1 inch targets at 75 yds pretty easily.

JTS Airacuda Max leak from barrel entry

I asked them to just send me one the 1st time. They refused because of warranty. They needed to fix it. Which would be fine if they had solved the problem of that particular part. I have only had it for a year, and this is the second time. Common sense would tell you that if this is a...

JTS Airacuda Max leak from barrel entry

My airacuda max did the same thing. JTS did the warranty work, replaced a broken poppet. It literally sheared in half. I got it back a couple of weeks ago, same thing happened. 2nd round into the 3rd magazine. All air blasted out the breach and barrel. What started out as a very nice rifle...

Yep. I've seen the same ones. Shooter1721 does a good review.

Not exactly sure. I don't have a chrony. They advertise 81 fpe, which I am sure is under perfect conditions. I do know it hits heavier than my JTS .30, which advertises 71 fpe. The MA2 is easily swings steel gongs at 100yds. with a heavy audible report.

    This or That? Air Arms

I think there is a place and time for both. I really like a traditional wood stock. However, I have a JTS Airacuda standard that I recently installed a tactical conversion on by Buckrail. It carrys much better, and much more comfortable to shoot. Just the better fit and hold has increased my...

I've had my MA2 .30 cal a couple of months now. It is quickly becoming my favorite. Accuracy is very good. 1/2" groups or less at 50 yds. As far as the stock. It is a little wobbly at the pic rail. Not a deal breaker for because I don't use a bipod very often. I am curious though to see if...

The short version with a buckrail moderator(which is a little longer) is 41". If a couple of inches makes a difference, there are plenty of powerful bullpups out there.

I have the shorter version (standard). The sniper version is a bit longer. The weight difference was a big seller for me. The standard is only 5.9 lbs without scope. The JTS is about 10 lbs with scope. A great bench shooter, but not much for carrying on a hunt. I am not a big fan of the...

Yes it is. Very accurate as well. But heavier and about 10fpe less than the MA2.

help very new to all this and im confused!

I have the .30 which I purchased for coyote hunting. It can generate up to 80 fpe which is plenty. Many have taken small hogs with .25 cal with 45-50 fpe.

I recently purchased the MA2 in .30 cal. I am very impressed with it's performance and build quality. Very accurate with a punch. I have come to enjoy it more than my JTS airacuda max.
