    N/A Metamorphosis

Bear-of-Grayling: My Wischo was the "B" designation (beech stock) in .177. It was a terrific shooter and really opened my eyes to European airguns. The walnut rifles were out of my price range, at the time. It's nice to hear from so many of you in my first couple of days on this site. This is...

    HW/Weihrauch Sight Won't Fit

Success! I found the courage to tap a 5/16" flat screwdriver blade about 1/8" deep between the sight rails. Bingo. The sight engaged and I was able to knock everything back into the barrel grooves with a plastic mallet. Funny. After I paid $50 for this tiny, fragile looking unit, I lost my...

    Other Sad stats for springers

Lifetime springer, here. I think as "high velocity" became so inviting to new buyers, break barrel rifles approached 1,000 fps and weighed close to ten pounds. They weren't handy or much fun to lug around at plinking sessions. I never enjoyed bench shooting with enormous optics mounted on...

    HW/Weihrauch Sight Won't Fit

I'll try again, today. These sights are hard to find. Most places have them backordered. I was lucky (?) to purchase this online from a dealer in Portugal. If it has a defect, I'm really out of luck trying to return it. Thanks so much for your responses. I'm new to this website. Very impressive!

    HW/Weihrauch Sight Won't Fit

No luck in trying to mount a NIB Weihrauch front fiber optic sight on my HW50. The rails on the sight tunnel won't stay engaged within the barrel grooves. I can't seem to keep both rails in the grooves at the same time. I see no way to widen the gap between the rails, even with the mounting...
