Polishing is done with a nylon bore brush with a heavy duty paper towel and MOTHERS Mag & Aluminum Polish. Does a great job smoothing, but won't take out deeper scratches or the gouges.

I typically don't clean, but clearly there is embedded lead, even after polishing. I will have to rethink the cleaning routine. This was after a few tins of AEA pellets.
