Air Venturi Avenger upgrades and accessories

I bought one from AE Swede as well. Installed it on my 25 caliber Avenger. Amazing! I need one for a 22 caliber Avenger but his site is down right now so I'll have to wait until it's back up to order.

GX CS4 Compressor - Initial Impressions

My power supply blew as well a week ago. They sent me a replacement within 4 days. All they asked for was my Amazon order number. Great customer service!

GX CS4 Compressor - Initial Impressions

They reached out to me which was nice. They sent me 5 free 400 bar burst disks, and I purchased 5 from the link they sent me. That's great customer service in my book!

Air Venturi Avenge x loose shroud

I have one in 25 caliber as well. It's a great shooter and it's fully modified with Terminator products from Dana. I have the trigger from AE Swede, Buckrails tactical kit, I wouldn't sell it for anything! I just wanted a nice 22 so I wanted to try the Avenge X.

Air Venturi Avenge x loose shroud

The indents in the barrel were not drilled deep enough is why it would always move even with the two barrel screws tight so they were just sliding over a hardened round surface. Factory should have made the barrel detents a little bit deeper. I've got the Terminator grommets in two of my other...

Air Venturi Avenge x loose shroud

Mine I just received does the same thing! The holes or indents they drilled in the barrel aren't deep enough so no matter how you tighten them the barrel still moves forward and backwards and side to side during every shot. I can't even sight this one in at 30 yards as it looks like a shotgun...

Great tip on the tape. I forgot to mention in my post that I use small pieces of 3M electrical tape as it's black and blends in with the gun. Anything is good though to keep the pins from slowly coming out. Clean the area with rubbing alcohol to get any oil off that will keep the tape from...

GX CS4 Compressor - Initial Impressions

GX official contacted me and is sending me some 400 bar burst disks for free. I also purchased a bag of 5 of the same so that should eliminate all problems and I'll have plenty of spares. Happy shooting!

Just happy you're back in business man. Shot about 150 rounds out of mine today in 95 degree heat and she didn't disappoint. It never gets old shooting bullseye's!

I do not know a direct fit source without sending the rifle in as the one I was sent by a generous forum member was too big to fit. It was a nicely finished stainless pin but too big and too hard to sand down to fit.

GX CS4 Compressor - Initial Impressions

I've just got these in from Amazon to try next time mine blows. Which happened twice in succession during first use! With these I'm also going to double up as I mentioned before in a post that a single one in my CS4 were blowing at 3600 psi. My right ear is still suffering the effects of hearing...

    GX CS4

It's $15.00 plus shipping for 5 400 bar burst disks from their website. A little pricey but if it works right?

It does look like it's screwed in to it's max. Need to adjust it with a chronograph to get velocity down to 885 or so and leave it there. Then adjust the trigger spring afterwards.

The piece we see behind the trigger? She's going to need service if your not comfortable with working on it. Snowpeak is notorious with putting in pins that just are not tight enough to stay in place and just work their way out with every shot cycle. I think Rich at Airgun Revisions fixes them...
