I have this .457 Bulldog, that I haven't had a chance to hunt with yet, but I did just fine with my .30 Uragan @35yds. Dropped it like a sack o' potatoes!

I live in Ga., and I've taken giant armadillos with my .177 Uragan compact, shooting 10gr Zan slugs with a body shot. Placement is key, and yes, the .22lr may have more energy, but might also pass clean through.

Yeah, I had my .30 uragan tuned by him. 103.3fpe w/ the 50.15gr JSB's. I also then met him in person at EBR this year. I strongly recommend his tuning, he definitely rocked it!
