10/24 Hunt

In woods at 8:40 done by 10:50, missed 1 and skinned the head of another grey spun him on the limb then he went up in tree and hid. Love this Continuum with the 380mm barrel its about the perfect squirrel gun. Ammo 18 gr JSB.

@DeanB Nice haul. You were actually able to see that you gave a grey squirrel a reverse mohawk? That’s pretty amazing if that’s the case. That Crown is a beaut.

Beautiful rig and a fine harvest on your part… The one squirrel you skinned across the head? Will have an easily recognizable “reverse” Mohawk the next time you bag it…

No but I was aiming at his head and he reacted like he had been hit in the head, started to fall grabbed limb spun around it and took off up into top of tree so a safe assumption is I skimmed his noggin. Usually if you him them in face no brain hit with .22 air rifle they will still fall out of the tree.
