I have shot this target a lot but from my bench, so shooting from the standing position with my poor old eyes was quite the challenge. Used my Diana Chaser .177 cal with H&N Baracuda Power 10.65 pellets. The scope is a 1X Red Dot and up front is a Laser. I have to confess that I used the Laser on the upper left target then switched to the Red Dot.

Broke out the HW 50 for this challenge this time I have been shooting the Daisy 753 but that trigger is horrible.

First attempt. Just got over covid and forgot how hard free standing shooting is. Lucky enough to have room in the basement to shoot 12 yards so lasered off 10.9 yards to equal 10 meters. Having a sling would have helped steady quite a bit.

Just came up from the basement. My new best. The one before this one was ugly.....
I polished my barrel friday on my day off and was at the range today resighting back in. Time will tell if the polishing did anything.

I shoot 5rds at a time and then rest the gun on the table next to me... take a few deep breaths and then bring the gun back up and relay it. Shoot another 5.

Is there a handgun class or is it the same as everything else? I can do 10 meters in the basement but only with a handgun due rifle power.

If this is not allowed just let me know and/or delete it. I thought I might try off hand with a Beeman P17 here. I use it at 50 feet and 10 yards most commonly and the targets seemed similar. So I measured out 11 yards in the basement workroom/extra bedroom/family room and shot a quick set.

I shot this very rushed for me. I used a Beeman P17 with Sig Air 7.71 with a generic red dot from Amazon. Indoors obviously. I shot a quick cell vide of the process as well just for fun.

Score was 211 this round.

I shot another as well. Same score. I have not be drilling with handguns for a few months. I should be able to do better. The trick for my old eyes is SEEING the rings. A dot would be nice.

Off hand 10 meters using Sig Air 7.71 gr.

Ok. This is probably cheating and not allowed. I really have trouble seeing these fine rings at 10 meters. I took a Sharpie and made the 10 a dot.

Beeman P17 using RWS Meisterkugeln 8.2 wadcutters. I shot 2 hand off hand on it. I used Pyramid Air's scoring template to assist.

Score 218.

Haven’t tried to shoot offhand for years. I remember why now. I’m terrible at off hand.
Started out ok on the first target by putting three in the same hole in the 8 ring (at least I was consistent) followed up with a bull (that’s more like it)… but then… duh!
Targets 2-4 doing pretty good (maybe this isn’t so bad) but then… well let’s not talk about target 5 ok
