In reality, no gun (I believe) is unused then beyond that how would ANYONE prove how many shots have been through any gun? It's the condition because shot count wise nothing can be proven!

Proper use shouldn't cause any damage. I suppose they will sustain wear, but seals, o-rings and even springs if kept under a preload will deteriorate without use as well.
I guess at some point dirt and dust becomes "patina" and shouldn't be cleaned.

Unbelievable Collection Sir! 
Well I had one of those rifles once the R1 20th completely decked out with all of Beemans top (most expensive) accessories, Blue Ribbon scope, extra fancy leather sling, muzzle break, sight plate, and case. That rifle filled the squirrel pot a few times before it was lost in a house burglary. That rifle had a low serial number.
I also lost P1 that was in the first production shipment to the US. Beeman sent out drawings of the gun to get a pre-order list going. I think it was $165.
