100 yard Vulcan .25 cal group

Great Group, Congratulations!!!!. I just purchased a .25 Vulcan from Tony at Talon Tunes. That package should be arriving in the next couple of days. I was just wondering, wich method did you use to clean your barrel? Thanks

Congratulation on your new gun!
The method I use to clean my barrel is a piece of wead Wacker string sharpened at one end to pierce the patch then blunt on the other end to hold the patch on while it's being pushed through the barrel.

I'm not an expert on the solvents but i had Hoppys 9. I know its for firearms for there fowling but it seems to help on getting more led out. I just run at least 3 or 4 patches through after i use the Hoppys. Dry patches would probably do the job fine though. I've heard of people using Ballistoil so you might want to look into that. Have fun with your Vulcan!
