Following up on the set-up and testing post of a few days ago, I had a few minutes this evening to test shot count. Shooting the +/- 855 fps tune, using the 250 BAR fill now published as acceptable by AA for the new 510 XS rifles. as you can see by the attached, it dropped off of the reg at about the 85th shot. This occurred almost exactly when the reservoir pressure reached 150 BAR. Shooting the Benjamin Match 10.5 gr pellets, the consistency was very good as well going across the chrono.
Nice on their website they say it shoots 20 fpe but 20-30 shots per fill. but u get 85 ?? i mean this : "Although the S510 XS is a high-powered variant, it is slightly shorter than the standard S510, but only by five mm. The XS model uses the Air Arms Series 7 regulator and valve system and delivers outputs of 20 ft. lbs. in .177 and 30 ft. lbs. in .22 with corresponding shots counts of 20 and 30 respectively. "
