.177 Cal 100 yd BR

Please don’t get me wrong, I would love to see a 100yd pellet match limited to anything under 13gr pellet, lets take it a step further and limit it to 20ftlb or less, now that’s a challenge! But we would have to see how many competitors would shoot it more than one time!, would get as boring as watching the same top 10 in 100yds now!

Is that on a BR100 paper ?
I have contemplated trying a BR50 paper at 100 M, just so far my range have been too short for that.
I have used this paper target 👍🙂🎯

The reason why I made this post is because I compete locally in some informal EBR matches along with some national shooters that have won the EBR in Arizona as well as the RMAC in Utah. These, as the rest of us, shoot mostly 30 cal or .22 cal rifles. Our wind conditions are crazy. No one shoots 250 or 240. I've seen someone break 230 on occasion, but mostly the best shooters score in the 220s. During the last match, I was eliminated, but had the chance to shoot in another relay, so I dragged out my Crown MK2 in .177 cal just to see what it could do. I was just beginning to tune this rifle but had not perfected it at this point. Well, I shot a 191 and figured: maybe the .177 rifles could compete with the higher calibers, and I think it could come close depending on the guy pulling the trigger. Shooting under these conditions would make no sense for guns tuned to low power. One day, I'm going to throw down the gauntlet to my fellow competitors and see who would agree to a .177 cal 100 yd match. I'll certainly report the results.
