177 Cal Marauder, 22 Cal Marauder, and 25 Cal Marauder and Coins

I first started shooting the dime because i noticed how many shooters compared their groups to the size of a dime.

I have posted the 177 and the 25 pictures of shooting a dime.

This is my last gun the 22 Marauder.

Specifications:

22 Cal Generation 1 Marauder

25 yards
2300 psi
Crosman 14.3 hunting pointed pellets
871 fps
23 ft lbs

Back of dime on the type pellet used

Front of dime, 22 cal

22 Cal nickle and a Dime, the nickle is much stronger

177 left, 22 center, 25 right

All three guns, 25 yards

the dented dime,,,sounds like a dive bar,, theres another thread floating around someweres ,,here called the ten dime challenge ,a paper target with dime on it if i find thread ,,ill post,its pretty cool...

Actually, this wasn't a challenge thing for me it was Lets see what a pellet will do to a dime with different calibers foot lbs etc.

I like punching holes in paper and i don't like a mess, bottles, plastic things etc., so this also satisfied my anal neatness.

Don't use a penny because i shot one this morning with the 22 and it ripped it in half.

That sounds like a nice reasonable accuracy test/challenge, this was just lets see what happens to the coin.

For an understanding or example of what foot lbs results in with a common item.
