.177 cal slug recommendation for FX Crown MKII

I'm going to be getting the 500mm .177cal barrel for the Crown MKII (don't like the 600mm length) and was thinking of trying some slugs with it. Does anyone have a recommendation on slugs and suggested velocities they would like to share?

10g and 13g jsb KOs and zan 13g, both do very well.

I believe they skipped the MK2 since I haven't seen those but the 10.03gr mk3 have a much wider hollowpoint. They expand like a mofo

Do they both shoot equally as well?

They seem to do about the same. The 13g does better further of course,but under 40yds, not really a difference.

The biggest difference is going to be in bucking the wind. 10gr are shorter with a larger HP. 13.43gr look more like you typical NSA slug, they have a higher BC .044 vs .063
