N/A 177 compact for rats

L.Leon is giving good advice. AOA has the plinker package. Then go to Sportsman's Guide and get yourself an AMG Rattler thermal
scope. They make a bunch of affordable inside 100 yard thermals. Now get busy.

Carry on.
I have a Pard NV008S on the way. My back yard is already set up with a large IR flood light. Nowhere to hide.
I have one of these cameras set up to monitor nighttime activity. I just plug it into a 10000mah portable charger. With the ID flood light I can turn off the internal IR light in the camera, so it lasts a long time between charges. The camera is set to motion and will record and can send me an alert.

I don't shoot the flying squirrels. Unfortunately they disappeared after a neighbor moved in with an outside cat.
