Great find! The picture shows the bb loading port on the bolt side of the receiver. I’m not aware that was ever the case.

I'd noticed that too. I don't think it could have been photoshopped, so they must have used a prototype for the photo shoot. I'd bet that particular gun is worth a bit of coin these days.

I still hold a grudge for all the lima beans that I was forced to consume at that time of my life. (Ketchup didn't help much.) They might have used a lima bean can for even more effective marketing.
