I shot my Panthera 700 for the 1st time today.. I bought it from Utah Air Guns and they tuned it for FX 44.5 grain hybrid slugs. Cross winds were 5 to 10 mph and it was snowing.

1st pic was 50 yds after getting sighted in.

After sighting in I figured out my dope at 50, 100, and 150 yds and I dialed it to a different distance after each group to see if I could dial it at different distances and be repeatable.

I will say I didn’t lose point of impact as time went by like I always did with my Gauntley SL30. Some of the groups are good some not so great.. but I was dealing with some varying wind. The Chronograph readings were very consistent at around 945fps.

110 bar with the hammer spring tension at 2.9 if I’m saying that right.. I’m new at this airgun tuning lingo. View attachment 528425
Thanks!
I am at 3.3 with the reg at 120bar. The higher reg pressure reduced the velocity SD (standard deviation). AEA 66gr 30cal pellets may reduce the SD further. That will have to wait for the weather to improve to test that.
