20 Cal Slugs | Available now | NSA

I dont know bout the 20 in us I wont be buyin any until I got every gun out there I want in all the other more widely used calibers, All I got is 22 already cheap an hits harder and no power limit so my trajectory is flat you wanna be around 880 or so with pellets, In uk I guess you could opt for it if you choose the middle ground.
Tsk - check this out Mr Marksman:

Who even shoots 20 cal 🤣 unless your in the uk 20 cal is kinda a joke what do you need 20 cal for that 177 or 22 wont be able to pull off I mean its a middle ground in between id probably shoot if I had 12 foot pound limit get the edge on punch an have a little more bc but slugs? whats the point like what whatever.
It’s not a joke shooting .20 I prefer it over .77 .22 at Sub 12.

Thats what im saying 12 foot pounds its a good middle ground, But if I dont got a power limit why, Why on earth would I add a 20 cal to my collection of guns there is not a specific need for a 20 I just go 22, or 177, I can push the 22 a bit more flat than the 20 with no power limit so I wouldnt get one.

IIRC the .20 pellets have a better BC than both the .177 and .22 ones. That being said - it's probably a caliber from when the current breed of powerful PCPs weren't a thing. I have a few older used pistols/rifles in .20 and I find it very enjoyable to shoot. Especially in a 12fpe HW77k .20 springer.

Do you know the difference between a marksman. a sharpshooter and an expert?
Flat trajectory like .177 with the weight advantage of the .22

I sure like my custom built Tomahawk that spits out that 13+ grain .20 at 865fps with excellent accuracy.

Shame it never caught on. Beeman had something, but was pretty much ignored.

Not all of us in the UK shoot 12 ft lb, I have a 30 Ft lb Theoben Rapid in .20 and It's as good as any .22 for accuracy, you can't do better than put them all through the same hole.

Theoben Rapid 7 Been around since the late 80's Mine quite happily shoot 15.89 JSB'S @950fps
Nice. My exposure as a youth in the 90's was of Sheridan Blue Streak 20 cal in the Cabela's catalog. I always wanted one in all calibers. But I could only get my parents to get me a few Crosman in 177 and when I got old enough I bought a RWS Model 48 in 177.

Pete, .20 was the only caliber I did not have, so it was a must buy when a beautiful Huntsman Regal came up for sale. It is one of my favorite shooters now. These slugs complement the JSB 13.73 Diablos and the H&N 11.47 FTTs
