Hello! I bought a MK 300 and made some ergonomic changes. Machined some parts and worked on the stock.
I understand that this is not a popular air rifle and knowledge is limited out there. The issue I am having is that the rifle is having a large extreme spread of 40 fps (12 m/s). The pellets are JSB 0.177 10.34 shooting at 720 fps (219m/s) with a CZ barrel. The pellets are sorted for head size and with no weigh variation. At 30 yards I am getting group of .25” but I can see the vertical stringing and at 50 where it is clearly noticeable. I need to make fine adjustments to the regulator because adjusting the hammer spring is not fixing the issue. Does anyone know if the regulator adjustment is where shown in the picture or do I have to remove the air tank and do it internally in the trigger housing? I do not believe the regulator is inside the air reservoir in this air rifle. Let me know if you know please.
Thank you
