We tested the 50 gr and it consistently did better than the 44 gr. We took some risk going into this competition modifying our prototype guns. As always we're trying to improve it. Before going to NAC, our regulator was sticking so we decided to machine down the slightest amount of the o'ring groove. We tested it and it worked awesome. I was only looking at the finals shooting 44.75 JSB .30 for the three tournaments that he won compared to his score with 50 grain AEA .30 at the NAC. Seems he “fixed” what wasn’t broken?![]()
