Could someone confirm if the Usery campground is open or not? I'm having difficulty with the getting a reservation on their website or they aren't open.

It was basically full when I booked a tent spot 2 months ago.

Message me if you are interested in camping at the range itself. It's free, dry camping. If you want showers, Usery lets you go over there for a small fee.

Getting closer!!!!! Barb and I will be hitting up Costco for water, drinks, snacks etc tomorrow for on the course. 88 Friday, 78 Saturday, and 80 Sunday is the weather forecast.

Bring your sun screen and a hat. It is very hard to snuggle up to a cactus for shade And it does hurt a little if you don't get it just right
