22 Golden Trophy FT?

Anyone shooting these? I tried the regular non heavy and they sucked in everything I have. I happened to have a tin of the heavies that I decided to try in one of my Krals, and they shoot better than the hades it usually eats.

They hit about a half inch low at 30 yards compared to the hades, but they're giving tighter groups. The hades give me roughly nickel groups at 30-50 yards, but these were dime sized.

So I ordered 12 tins lol.

70 bucks shipped for 3000 pellets @ roughly 2 cents a shot and better than it's current 5 cents a shot main diet? No brainer!

Congrats on you and your gun finding such a good deal!

I always have been less enthused about Norma's pellet offerings in .22 — because of their lousy BC....

But for plinking and semi-automatic excesses — great choice. 😆

I tried them in 2 more guns, and they seem to do okay as well. Need to get them put further to tell, but for my pesting and hunting distances they'll work mighty fine!

That's what I'm shooting too. The 17.6 grainers?
That is correct. Norma brought back an old, proven design. Back in the day my .20 R1 AW liked the ram jets too. I vaguely remembering a .25 springer that preferred them, but cannot remember which one at the moment. Hopefully they introduce a .25 version.

Now I remember. The .25 Ram Jet worked well in my tuned Kodiak. Sold that gun 15 years ago:

My 2260 pcp with a Prod barrel is shooting these 22 heavies good at 6 fpe all the way up to 18 fpe. Tried them last night in my basement 10 yard range, but they were one holers. I will continue to feed that the rws super H points though. It's a 9 fpe tuned pester for backyard work.

I need to try these in my revere when it shows up.
