Looking for some different ideas on 2240 pistol grips, not carbine stocks but just pistol grips only. Would really like to see some examples with maybe a link to where you purchased them.

I get that they are an older design, but there is still a lot to be said about an American made pistol that's all wood and steel when completed. I really wish all those aftermarket multi-shot breeches weren't so high. You have some really nice looking 40's.then truth be told the hay day of the 2240 is behind us
where 10 years or more ago we had so many places that had options that you could use
when Blue Fork was making grip frames you could use AR-15 grip or use an adapter and use 1191 on the frame
R Brown has passed and he made beautiful grips, V Austin has now stopped making grips, lets say he is taking a break
there are panels out there to be found
Woods and Water has special grips Steve Corcoran

Rink makes grips for the 2240 at a cost that is higher than most

here is a Blue Fork frame with a 1911 adapter with Herrett grips
and a Venom pistol 2240 with Steve Corcoran grips
not much help really
