So I guess I’m way behind the times on this because I always thought, “what doesn’t a company make a pistol like the 2240 in HPA that shoots at about 16ft/lbs” I mean come on the gun is light weight, accurate, good looking, simple and sturdy (so just like me other than being light weight) what an excellent all around air gun, plus.22 to boot (.30) would be better. Any I cast all worries to the wind and hot dam I found the exact kit I was looking for on EBay with a working pressure of 4500 psi???????? Seriously WTF this is placing the 2240 into Rimfire CB cap range almost. So I bought it, anyone else have experience with this stuff??

Nope, not at all!

It's a .22, shoots at just under 18 fpe.
Very nice, what pressure is your regulator set at? Barrel length?

I'm digging the shortness of my rig with the 10" barrel, but I'd like a little more oomph. The 14.5" will get me about 735 fps, I'd like to see 800. I think it'd possible with the 14.5" and an 1800 psi reg.

Reg output is 1500 psi, barrel is 14.5 ". Using a p-rod hs with a 1800 Reg, power went down.
You will have to hit that valve HARD! to get to 800 fps.

EDIT: I already had the pa adjusted almost to the max, velocity just under the peak, and didn't want to make this little gem any harder to cock.

You may very well be able to get your 800 fps, but as you well know, it will take either a hot valve or a more powerful hammer spring.
