Huben .25 Slugs for GK1?

Did you buy the wrong NSA .25 slugs? on the 38.5 slug you can choose .254 which is the correct size for the GK1

I have heard that these work fine with the GK1 .25. I just ordered my GK1 .25 and am likely purchasing these slugs and also the JSB 33..95 as my pellet ammo. I know others like the JSB Exact 25..39 and JSB Hades Match 26.54 for pellets.
Is it though? Because my batch 33.6 and 38.5s in .254 will not seat flush in a GK1 V3 mag.

You have to push them in with your fingernail or some people use the fill port protector. They should go in with resistance that way they are held in place. Im done shooting pellets. I know they are more accurate than slugs but I always get a jam. Last year I shot 160 shots every Sunday for 7 months without one jam. AVS .254 42 grain flats. For whatever reason they have to be 42 grain as well. They are tight in the mag and dont move but you have to make sure they are pushed in all the way. Some people load there mag then spin it another 360 to make sure they are seated.

If this was true in my case I wouldn’t mind. But I had to put quite a bit of pressure with a screwdriver to get these to go in so I could shoot them out. I’m on the fence about polishing the cylinder to see if they will fit better. I’m worried if manually doing that will decrease accuracy since the slugs are shot out of the cylinder instead of seated into a chamber like a traditional magazine would. I have some Zan .253s on the way, if it likes those I may just run them for the time being, because I dang sure don’t want to resize slugs I have to pay for.

I have to use my fill port protector to push them in. They are supposed to be that tight I have been told by a number of people. Load your mag, Then open your loading gate and point the airgun up in the air. Give it a shake. If your pellets or slugs fall out they are undersized.
