FX .250 42gr H&N only going 700 fps

So now i know a lot more. The fault is not the chrony or so. Its zhe barrel itself. I just measured the walter dominator where i knew its shooting at about 700fps. And it shoots at 700fps as my chrony said.
So now the fault could be the barrel.

Edit:
Checked my o-rings they r fine
Shooting again with those settings
Macro: 16
Micro: 3.7
Valve: 1,5 turn after line 4
Again i am under 700fps
Switched the liner from the 1:18 to the standard liner
Again under 700fps
Can the oring in the dual transferport be the problem?
Something else is off. If you increase the micro, are you gaining speed or are you stuck at 700fps? And the other way around, if you decrease the micro, are you loosing speed (or gaining?!)? When you installed the tungsten hammer, did you also install rubber ball to valve adjuster? Maybe your tungsten hammer is overhitting your valve and hammer bounce is slapping the valve close (though I don’t really see how that could happen in an impact…).

Yes a decrease and a increase by changing the setting on the micro wheel is happening. Yes the rubber ball is installed but it dont even looks like a rubber ball anymore

What tranfer port are you using, slug or pellet marked on the barrel assembly. Check your probe and projectile for alignment \ cleance of the transfer port. I had my probe in my slug kit move causing the pellet/slug to partially cover the tranfer port.
I am using the slug transfer port. Also the probe is pushing in my slug beyond the transfer port

If the rubber ball is smashed you’re slamming your valve… might be your issue, meaning the hammer smacks the valve rod against the return so hard that it might bounce back and close the valve faster. This would mean that decreasing micro would give you more speed for a bit though and since your speed is decreasing if you turn micro down seems to speak against this… running out of ideas…

Ok thanks for your thorough. Maybe its time to change the rubber ball. Yesterday i turned the rubber ball sideways. So the flat side faces the valve housing. So i noticed a increase in fps.
Maybe its time to change the rubber ball.
