All depends what the application is. But I’m sure I could find something good for 1k cheaper and spend the rest on pellets.

I have this urge to compete yet there’s no competitions near where I live .. there is some NRL in Wisconsin which ima try to drive to a few.. contemplating pyramid air cup and RMAC but I’d be a 1st timer. I have the Pantherra 30 700 for NRL so looking for a benchrest pellet shooter to go with it.

Glad that you like that sort of thing, maybe you can find some local people to shoot with. Hold your own competitions.
My interest in competitive sports was killed when I played junior hockey as kid. Too much emphasis was placed on winning, it wasn't fun when friends became enemies willing to hurt you just for a stupid game.
Competition against others is not my thing, I don't even watch sports.
I have no problem with competition as it make one try harder and there's a benefit to having something/someone to measure your skill against. I shoot in the backyard, keep track of my scores and am very serious about improving them - no traveling required.
Each to their own eh!

For 100yard benchrest I would look at the guns that do well in competition.
In no particular order:
Red Panda
Skout
Impact
Red Wolf/Delta Wolf
Ghost
AAA
I'm sure I missed some. My personal choice goes to the SKOUT guns. So easy to service, excellent electronic trigger, and easy barrel removal for cleaning etc. No easier gun to make caliber changes with.

There's a competition in Oregon in the beginning of May
Skout is one of the sponsors for the match and they are bringing their team to compete
Nice variety of Rifles being shot for the 100 yard Pellet and the 100 yard slug competition
might give you an idea of what you might want to try out

I think I'd try to find a Black wolf. You might get one for that.
Second would be the M4, I had an X and an M3 and despite all the complaining, they were stellar. Come to think of it, I'd be happy with an M2 with a pp for pellets only, fantastic rifle.

I feel like I need an impact cuz it’s the ruger 10/22 of airguns.. I feel like everyone in this game needs an impact.
Yet the red panda looks so sweet and their winning competitions lately.
Next would be the evo and the alpha wolf. I wish I could spend $1200 and get them all!!
