I'm considering trading the talon for the texan i wouldn't have a small caliber gun but the Texan seems like such a nice rifle.257 Texan seems the most accurate out of all the calibers. Texans pretty rough from the factory.. Lother Wather barrels are sometimes rough and require lapping.. A external regulator like the aqua environment is ideal to tether. The Texans also require a real stock for better accuracy. If you like casting a big plus for the Texan. Also I like to tension the barrel to a full 1.0 in diameter with a CF sleeve..Good luck
A. TJ barrel is a good decent regular barrel.....A moderator..... Isn't cheap... I'd buy it......Wait and buy a used mad dog stock for.it.....I'd say it's a shooter........
