Tuning .25cal Crown MKII factory tune

I ordered a .25cal Crown MKII with a 600mm barrel and was wondering what I could expect out of it with the factory tune. What velocity/efficiency difference will I see between the pellet transfer port and the slug transfer port? I might try some 29gr slugs in the Crown, but I do have a .25cal Impact MKII that I'll be using for 35gr slugs.

The factory tune is usually with the 25.4gr pellet about 880-900. As for the transfer port I gained 45 fps with no other changes
