It also cannot be used with powder burners & isnt good with CO2, muzzle mount isnt a magical solution for everything & there's reasons to purchase different units for sure.

If you’re deciding on a chrony , believe me get this in the mean time.
If something goes wrong its a throwaway.
The thing is it works every time.
The thing I don’t like is the reading only lasts like 2 seconds. If you forget to look
right away it’s gone. I don’t love hanging something on the end of the barrel but until
I get my old shooting chrony working inside its it.

Yeah , that’s why I stated it’s one of the things I don’t like. I wasn’t trying to knock your product.
Which I like . I’m just pointing out for less than the price of a delivered pizza ( here) it’s a maybe extra
cheap tool that does work.

And you can't have your moderator on there while you are testing (at least not with the parts that came in my kit). Be prepared, you will 100 percent get a sarcastic response from someone with the Nate Chrony profile name. I am not going to say its the owner because I can't know and why would they give themselves such bad press.

There are the variable adapters which allow it to be used over un-threaded barrels or moderators up to 55mm (i.e. Donny Sumo)

The reviewer who said that he didn't bother reading the instructions, just turned it on and pushed buttons until it worked awesome is what convinced me.

Not sure if I saw this on AGN or the Tube, but think it was the tube. The PVC sure works well for shooting a group and making quick adjustments if needed.
